MANAGEMENT

In 2015, Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis implemented a change in direction which resulted in Transfield Holdings moving from a Private Equity business to solely acting as an investment company. This change was accompanied by the formation of two new family investment houses, Prisma Investment and Angophora Capital, led by Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis respectively.

Today, Transfield Holdings is a joint venture between these two family offices, and any investment opportunities considered appropriate for the company are assessed by Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis as Managing Directors and their respective advisors.
