Glen Cunningham
Advisor
Glen Cunningham was appointed as an Advisory Board member in 2002 to provide strategic advice to the company. He holds a BSc from UNSW and an MBA from Cranfield in the UK.
Glenn was involved in establishing a key position for ICAL in the ANZAC ship programme and the privatisation of the Williamstown dockyard. He was Manager of Corporate Development for Transfield Holdings from 1988 to 1995, reviewing major project and acquisition opportunities. Following his position at Transfield, he became Executive General Manger Corporate Affairs at Southcorp Limited.
Glenn has been a senior strategy consultant with Coopers and Lybrand, an Australian Trade Commissioner serving in the Middle East and a production Chemist at CSR. He is a director of Gunnedah Gas Pty Ltd, a company focussed on the development of coal seam methane in the Gunnedah Basin on NSW. He also consults to a number of industrial companies on restructuring and value improvement.
Glen is an associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a fellow of Finance at the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
