Glenn Fraser

Glenn Fraser is a non-executive member of the Transfield Holdings Advisory Board, providing strategic advice to the company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is experienced in the project finance industry, specialising in infrastructure and property projects.

In 1986 Glenn became financial advisor for the groundbreaking Sydney Harbour Tunnel project. He joined Transfield in 1996 as General Manager - Finance, Project Development and oversaw the financial elements of Transfield's infrastructure and limited recourse financing projects. From 1999 to 2005 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the listing of Transfield Services Limited, the sale of the construction business and the listing of Charter Hall Group.

Prior to joining Transfield he was a Principal and Director of the Perry/Infrastructure Development Corporation group and upon its sale to Hambros in 1995 became a Director of Hambros Corporate Finance Limited.

Glenn is a Director of the Charter Hall Group and member of the Walsh Bay Project Management Committee. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors
