Guido Belgiorno-Nettis is Joint Managing Director of Transfield Holdings with his brother Luca and focuses on investment and development opportunities.

Guido held the position of Managing Director of Transfield Pty Ltd from 1999 to April 2007. He initiated the successful IPO (float) of Transfield Services and sold Transfield's Construction business to the Leighton group.

In the late 1990's Guido was responsible for the Engineering and Construction operations for Transfield Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Prior to this he was responsible for Transfield Project Development (Australia and Asia) and contributed to Transfield’s development direction.

Guido is a director of Transfield Pty Ltd and associated companies, and Transfield Services Limited. He is a member of the Australia Graduate School of Management Advisory Committee and the Australian institute of Company Directors. Guido is Chairman of the Australian Chamber Orchestra and a trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW.

Guido was made a Member of the Order of Australia in the General Division in 2007 for service the construction industry, particularly through the management of large infrastructure projects and to the arts in executive and philanthropic roles.
