CEO, Campus Living Funds Management Limited

Martin Earp is CEO of Campus Living Funds Management Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Transfield Holdings Group) the responsible entity of the Campus Living Villages Fund (CLV Fund). Martin also acts as CEO of the CLV Fund. Please see the Current Investments section for further detail on the CLV Fund.

Martin holds a Masters in Transport Engineering and a MBA from the AGSM at The University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Martin has extensive experience in managing businesses and project development. Prior to the CLFM and CLV Fund roles, for the past 10 years with Transfield Holdings Martin worked in a number of operational roles including CEO of the Australian Biodiesel Group Limited (an ASX listed company), General Manager of Airtrain (where he remains a Director) and Business Development Manager for Sydney’s Airport Link, as well as working in the business development team on a range of projects.

Martin also worked for an English based consultancy firm that specialised in providing advice for large infrastructure projects, with a focus on public private partnerships. He advised bidders for privately financed toll roads and rail franchises under the privatisation of the UK railways (National Express, Virgin Rail, Midland Mainline). Martin was also seconded to work for the Chief Scientist at the Department of Transport, providing assistance with restructuring the Department’s research programs to encourage increased private sector involvement in Government research projects.
