Chief Financial Officer
Nicholas joined Transfield Holdings as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Nicholas is a Director of Campus Living Funds Managements Limited, the responsible entity for the Campus Living Villages Fund and a director of Novatec Biosol AG. He holds a B. Com from UNSW (with Merit, 1985).
Nicholas worked for Deutsche Bank in London from 2004 to 2005 and prior to that with Macquarie Bank (1993 to 2004) in Sydney, London and New York, leading many of the company’s landmark infrastructure transactions. He was involved with the M2 Motorway and Eastern Distributor projects in Sydney, the establishment of the Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) and MIG’s acquisition of Sydney’s M4 and M5 motorways.
Prior to Macquarie Bank, Nicholas spent four years with Westpac’s Project Finance Division in Sydney from 1988 to 1993 and was with Morgan Grenfell in Sydney from 1981 to 1988.
