Transfield Holdings has an Advisory Board and an Executive Team.

The Transfield Holdings Advisory Board provides objective and independent advice to executive management. The board is chaired by David Gonski AC and supported by other non-executive advisors, Glen Cunningham, Glenn Fraser and Roy Woodhouse. It meets on a monthly basis to review performance and advise on strategic decisions.

The Executive Team of Transfield Holdings is a close partnership of skilled individuals that manages the company’s portfolio.
