Simon has been with Transfield since 2005 and has been responsible for leading the Transfield team in establishing and managing the Campus Living Villages Fund, a $410m student accommodation fund.

Simon continues to be involved in the ongoing growth of the fund as well as working on new investment and development opportunities for Transfield particularly in the area of renewable energy.

Prior to joining Transfield Simon worked in investment banking, particularly in the infrastructure and structured finance sectors.

He has 14 years experience with Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust New Zealand.
