In 2015, Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis implemented a change in direction which resulted in Transfield Holdings becoming just one of the vehicles for their respective investment activities. Prior to this, Transfield had been the Belgiorno-Nettis family's exclusive active business investment vehicle. This change was accompanied by the formation of two new investment houses, Prisma Investment and Angophora Capital, led by Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis respectively.

Today, Transfield Holdings is a joint venture between these two family offices, and any investment opportunities considered appropriate for the company are assessed by Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis as Managing Directors and their respective advisors.
